The study aims to demonstrate the effect of each legal reserve and discount rate on some indicators economic stability represented by (money supply in narrow broad sense, inflation, gross domestic product) based analysis financial reports Central Bank Iraq for period from 2010-2020 using descriptive deductive approach Testing hypotheses study, a set conclusions were reached, most important which is emergence positive relationship between independent variables, with money supply.
